And does it make a difference if they had a difficult life?
Recently, I discovered something fascinating called ancestral healing. Ancestral healing is when we recognize the impact our ancestors have on our lives. It is based on the belief that our family's history, experiences, and emotions can be passed down through generations, shaping who we are today.
